In my role as Data Management Product Manager at Bolloré Logistics, I played a key role in supporting the company’s procurement strategy by leading the digital transformation of middle-office processes, focusing on data management, engineering, and governance.
Key responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy Support: Contributed to the modernization of procurement processes by implementing digital solutions to enhance data management, engineering, and governance.
Product Specification & Testing: Led the definition of business requirements, creating detailed specifications, test protocols, and comprehensive documentation for internal procurement systems.
Development of Business Software: Managed the development of decision-support tools using .NET, SQL, and algorithm-based solutions to streamline purchasing decisions and improve operational efficiency.
This experience allowed me to contribute significantly to the digital transformation of Bolloré’s procurement processes while deepening my expertise in data management and product development.
