As Chief Product Officer at Ownest, I was responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for a logistics traceability solution, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, growth, and marketing. My leadership ensured the successful deployment and adoption of Ownest's solutions across diverse business models.
Key responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Led the creation and execution of the product strategy, managing every phase of the product lifecycle including discovery, development, growth, and marketing.
Data Management & Governance: Oversaw the data management and governance processes, including API integrations, to optimize resource utilization and improve operational efficiency.
Business Model Innovation: Defined and implemented strategic business models, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deployment of solutions.
Cross-Functional Team Recruitment: Managed the recruitment process for key roles across sales, product, and development teams, ensuring the right talent was onboarded to drive the company’s vision forward.
Team Leadership: Managed a team of 3 Product Managers and 2 Product Designers, guiding them through the successful execution of product strategies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
