Ternoa - Scale-up & Notaires de France - Institutions (S2 2023)
Mission: Product Delivery (Data Management, Decentralized Web3 Infrastructure)
During my collaboration with Ternoa and the Notaries of France, I led the delivery of a crypto-asset succession management application. This project involved working closely with institutional stakeholders and notaries to create a robust solution for managing the succession of digital assets. My role covered everything from project objectives definition to the final presentation at the 2023 Congress of Notaries of France.
Key project stages
Product Delivery / Objective Definition & Architecture Design
I defined the project’s primary objectives and designed the data management architecture to ensure seamless and secure management of crypto-assets. This included the coordination of technical teams and institutional stakeholders.
Product Delivery / Team Recruitment & Project Coordination:
A major challenge was assembling the development team. I handled the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding the right developers to ensure the project had the necessary technical expertise. This step was crucial to the project's success, as it required precise coordination between developers and the operational teams.
Product Delivery / Agile Project Management:
Using agile methodologies (Kanban & Scrum), I managed the development cycle, overseeing milestones, managing timelines, and ensuring both technical and business objectives were met. This included continuous communication with all stakeholders, from institutional partners to end-users, to align on expectations.
Product Delivery / Testing, Delivery, and Documentation:
The application underwent comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and performance tests. Upon delivery, I provided full technical documentation, ensuring the project's long-term maintainability and usability by the development team and institutional partners.
Feedback & Results
The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget, and the application was deployed on both Android and iOS stores in time for the 2023 Congress of Notaries of France in Deauville. Presenting this innovative solution at the congress was a milestone achievement, showcasing how decentralized technology can streamline asset succession processes.
It was a true pleasure working with such a diverse and talented team, and this project was a major success for both the company and the institutions involved.
