Mission: Product Leadership / Team Management
As Head of Product at Capsule Corp Labs, I was responsible for defining and executing the product strategy across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C markets. My role involved steering the product discovery and delivery processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives while addressing the specific needs of large corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
Product Strategy & Delivery Corporate Products: Led the development and implementation of corporate products, providing end-to-end solutions for large enterprises.
Ecosystem Product Support & Delivery: Managed product delivery within the ecosystem, including complex offerings such as Wallet, MPC (Multi-Party Computation), Launchpad, Explorer, and Indexer, all built on decentralized infrastructure for data management and engineering.
Start-up Growth Support: Mentored and supported start-ups within the ecosystem, ensuring their growth and successful product delivery through strategic guidance and technical expertise.
Team Management: Led and managed a team of two Product Managers, overseeing their development and ensuring the successful execution of product roadmaps.
Through my leadership, Capsule Corp Labs successfully delivered several high-impact projects, helping both corporate clients and start-ups thrive in the decentralized infrastructure space.
